Below is an image of some mental skills you described as being important for you playing basketball. From your current and ideal levels it viewed that determination, goal setting and concentration are most needed of change. In our meeting you also described these skills as the ones you most want to and believe that you can improve. On the side of this page you will see links to pages dedicated to helping you improve at each of these three meental skills.
This is how you defined each skills of mental toughness:
Arousal - Managing emotions so im at peak levels for performance
Attitude - Ability attitude to players and umpires
Concentration - Ability to concentrate on the important tasks and not get sidetracked by external stimuli
Communication - Talking during defence and constructing the offence
Confidence - Strong belief in my ability and that of my teammates
Consistency - Constant level of performance throughout a game and against varying opponents
Decision Making - Make the correct plays throughout the game
Determination - Ability to train as I want to play
Fatigue - Ability to stay in a postive mental state when physically exhaust
Goal Setting - Write goals of my ambitions as a means of increasing my motivation to training and games
Hardiness - Ability to cope in stressful situations
Mental Imagery - ability to practice the skills in my mind
Motivation - Ability to want to train and do the 1% things for the team
Self-Talk - Having positive mental thoughts and not focusing on the negatives
Sledging - Ability to maintain performance levels when sledged
Vigor - Having mental strength in games
